Welcome to Caliber Automotive Ltd. We are committed to providing high-quality automotive services with professionalism, transparency, and care. By using our website or visiting our shop for service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Caliber Automotive Ltd. offers a wide range of professional automotive repair and maintenance services including but not limited to:

Scheduled maintenance
Diagnostic services
Engine and transmission repair
Brake, suspension, and steering system repairs
Electrical system diagnostics
Air conditioning and heating services
Vehicle inspections

All services are performed either by licensed, experienced technicians or supervised automotive service technician apprentices following industry standards and safety protocols.

2. Appointments and Estimates

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. While we strive to honor all appointments on time, unforeseen delays may occur.

We provide estimates for all services before beginning work. These estimates are subject to change based on actual inspection findings. No additional work will be performed without your prior authorization.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved fleet account billing.

All invoices will include applicable taxes and fees. A storage fee of $35/day will apply to unclaimed vehicles left beyond a reasonable time period after service completion of five business days.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

Caliber Automotive Ltd. stands behind the quality of our work. Most repairs come with a warranty on parts and labor—typically 24 months or 40,000 km, whichever comes first—unless otherwise specified. Some parts may carry manufacturer-specific warranties.

Warranties do not include, “collateral damage”, such as a tow service or other costs associated trip interruption or other consequential situations.

Note: All second hand parts carry a 90 day parts only warranty.

Warranties are void if:

Repairs have been altered or tampered with by another party.
The vehicle is used beyond normal wear and tear (e.g., racing or off-roading).
Maintenance or recommended services are neglected.

Please retain your invoice as proof of service for warranty claims.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By bringing your vehicle to Caliber Automotive Ltd., you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its service history.
Approve or decline services after reviewing provided estimates.
Pick up your vehicle within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Communicate with us in a timely manner when your vehicle is in for service.

6. Limitations of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure accurate diagnostics and quality repairs, Caliber Automotive Ltd. is not liable for:

Pre-existing conditions or undiagnosed issues that arise after service.
Delays due to unavailable parts or supplier-related issues.
Loss or damage due to acts of nature, theft, or vandalism while the vehicle is on our premises (reasonable security is always maintained).

7. Website Use

Using our website, you agree not to misuse the content, access unauthorized areas, or engage in activity that disrupts its function. Information provided online is for general reference only and does not substitute professional service or advice.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through service appointments, online forms, or in person is handled securely and will never be sold or shared without consent. For more details, refer to our [Privacy Policy].

9. Modifications to Terms

Caliber Automotive Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
